PORTSMOUTH, GBR (#1045) – Another photo of the INEOS Team UK modified Quant 28 has just appeared on the Foiling Week Facebook page, which, like the one we ran earlier today, is by our new Facebook friend Jar Vahey (GBR). Jar reports that he took the photo yesterday (Friday) as the yacht was being launched.
