Photo of the day: What's a Frozen Boner?

DEAR TFE: As ACEA said in their email earlier today, the AC Village would be open but some of the food and other shops would be closed due to the inclement weather, as was this one (photo attached). Apparently the Boner Bar sells frozen boners. I have no idea what that is, and no one else seems to know. I Googled it to no avail. Help please! Sign me, "Peter Shadow"
