SAN FRANCISCO – That news (headline) came a few moments ago from Mark Michaelsen, Sailing Illustrated's severe weather expert. Another significant change, he says: Irma's track adjusted west – better for Miami; terrible for the Keys and Naples, etc. I might note that this is almost exactly as Mark predicted almost a week ago.
