LASER CLASS: Kirby vs. LaserPerformance court decision is mostly procedural; case apparently headed

SAN FRANCISCO (#1191) –– This decision in the long-running court case ("The parties’ dispute landed on the federal docket in March 2013....") has not resolved much. The order both grants, in part, and denies, in part, the motion for summary judgement brought by the lawyers of LaserPerformance. So the beat goes on, unless there is a settlement.
